Is there a minimum order value?

Our minimum order is £50; however, we recognise you may want to try us out with a small order to begin with so don’t worry if your order isn’t much more than this.

What are your working hours?

The sales team are available Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30, however our factory is open 24/7 (only closed for a few days over Christmas).

Can you provide me with some samples to help decide what I want?

We’d love to! We can also show you a variety of examples of some of our previous work, as well as recommending the best specification for your needs after assessing the location, space size, project length, budget for, and purpose of the media. How do I send my artwork to you?

In which format should I send my artwork to you?

Please send your artwork as a high-resolution PDF. The graphics must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch), with registration marks, bleed of 2-3mm on each trimmed edge and embedded fonts.

Can I use images copied from the internet in my artwork?

No – web graphics are usually very low resolution so are unsuitable for use.

Do I need to have pre-made artwork?

No, our in-house designers can work with you to produce artwork you’re happy with – just give us a call on 01733 341444 or email design@fishertlc.co.uk.

I’ve placed my order but noticed a mistake on the artwork?

If you notice any errors on the artwork you have sent us, please contact us immediately to amend this before the job is processed.

Will you check my file before producing the product?

Yes, we check will always check your files for quality, size and suitability before producing the product, and contact you/recommend a solution if there are any problems with them. Unfortunately, we cannot check files for spelling and grammatical errors.

Can I come and visit in-person?

Yes, you are more than welcome to come and visit our factory to see how we operate or talk to one of our staff if you have any queries or need some advice.
