With an abundance of experience, we set the standards in pharmaceutical printing, guaranteeing compliance, quality, and clarity.
We are proud to be certified to PS 9000:2016 (from 2011) & ISO 9001:2015 – the standard developed by the Pharmaceutical Quality Group (PQG) in relation to medicinal and pharmaceutical packaging. Under this standard, our products are certified safe and entirely appropriate for their intended use. You can see our PS 9000:2016 certificate here, and our ISO 9001:2015 certificate here.
This certification demonstrates our commitment to quality and means we take full responsibility for the overall print finish. This relieves our pharmaceutical clients from the burden of having to carry out further inspections, meaning they are fully protected.
Our carefully controlled working environment ensures we are perfectly placed to meet the exact requirements of this specialised sector, delivering the very highest standards of pharmaceutical printing to ensure total product security and conformance. Extensive expertise and machine capacity enables us to offer fast turnarounds across all specifications, quantities, and budgets.
Thanks to a combination of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), the use of specialized equipment and continued innovation, we have meticulously developed a range of products and services for pharmaceutical and healthcare print customers that are compact, detailed, and aesthetically appealing.
Our pharmaceutical range includes a range of medical print and miniature printing products, including:
Our comprehensive folding capability – from large format B1 down to specialist miniature folding – means we can fold leaflets to almost any complex specification required. Our experienced staff can also advise on folding configuration and design. We can also produce folded wallets, concertina leaflets, spine-glued booklets and much more.
In addition to medical and pharmaceutical printing for literature and collateral, we also produce a range of packaging options, including design and manufacture of boxes from single seem to crash lock. Maintaining clinical British standards is of utmost important to us.
Samples for any of these products are available on request, in addition to factory visits, if you require any further assistance.
If you’re thinking about a new pharmaceutical print project then we’d really love to hear from you. We can help from concept to completion – just let us know your requirements. Call us on 01733 341444.
